What's Included In Every Tune-Up
A typical seasonal visit includes:
- Inspect and clean evaporator/condenser coils
- Check refrigerant level and pressure
- Test electrical connections and tighten as needed
- Calibrate thermostat and test system controls
- Check air filter and replace if needed
- Clear the condensate drain line
- Test safety controls and startup/shutdown cycle
- Lubricate moving parts and check the blower motor

Yearly HVAC Maintenance Plan
$189.74 billed annually, or $16.50/month.
Plan terms: covers one residential or commercial HVAC unit — one plan per unit unless a plan explicitly states otherwise. Includes two scheduled maintenance visits per year, one in spring and one in fall, plus 15% off repairs during the active plan term. You’re responsible for scheduling your visits and being available at the appointment time. Additional units require separate coverage. New system installations and ductwork are excluded. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
How much does the maintenance plan cost?
The Yearly HVAC Maintenance Plan is $189.74 billed once a year, or $16.50/month if you’d rather spread it out. Either way, you get the same two visits and benefits.
What’s included in each maintenance visit?
Every visit is a full seasonal tune-up on your system — see the checklist above. You get two visits a year, one in spring and one in fall.
Does the plan cover more than one AC or furnace unit?
One plan covers one HVAC unit. If you have more than one system in your home or business, each additional unit needs its own plan.
What if I need a repair between my scheduled visits?
You’re covered — plan members get 15% off any repair during the plan term, plus priority scheduling ahead of non-members.
Can I use the 15% repair discount on a system replacement?
No, the 15% discount applies to repairs only. New system installations and ductwork aren’t included in the plan, and the discount can’t be combined with other offers or promotions.
Who schedules the two visits each year?
You do — as a member, you schedule your spring and fall visits and just need to be available at the appointment time.
