Duct Repair by Air Support Cooling and Heating

Erick is the best! Earlier in the week I had a different AC company come out for standard 6 month maintenance. Although my unit is working perfectly fine, and only 7 years old, they told me my compressor was about to go bad and I need a whole new AC unit.
A friend who uses Air Support suggested I give them a call for a second opinion and I am so glad I did! Erick confirmed my compressor is fine and producing the AMPs that it should be. It is so hard these days to find good honest companies and Air Support is one of those companies. Highly recommend!

I called air support because our heat wasn’t working Alex came checked it out ordered the part came back on New Year’s Day to fix it he was so nice him and his partner I will be calling them again when I need something else done to my ac thank you guys

After several days of unsuccessful repair attempts and unacceptable replacement proposals from a local AC company, I decided to reach out to an old professional contact. Although he is retired, he recommended that I contact his son, assuring me he was a skilled and reliable professional.

From the first phone conversation with Erick, everything proceeded exactly as it should. The following day, Alex H. came out to assess the situation, and within an hour I received a detailed quote for the requested TRANE system. After we agreed on the price, the new system was installed just two days later.

The installation was completed by technicians Edele and More, who performed the work thoroughly and professionally. I am very satisfied with the entire process and would like to compliment the company and its employees for their excellent service.

Alex is professional, technically exceptional and a perfect gentleman. He was quick, efficient and left my home spotless. I would trust him and anyone from this company to replace AND maintain my HVAC.

I had a very pleasant experience with air support. After making my call Moe the technician arrived within 1.5 hours. He was very efficient inspecting my unit and duct issue. Parts arrived and the next morning he had my repairs done before I even got home from work. Moe was very professional, kind and cares.
